Services

Four things, done for one kind of product. We do not run e-commerce, lead generation or app installs; we run mobile subscription and content services billed through the operator.

1

Media buying

Campaign setup and daily management on push, popunder and native networks. Targeting by country, mobile carrier, connection type, operating system and hours of day. Bids and budgets adjusted per placement on the numbers, every morning.

2

Creative

Notification creatives and, where needed, pre-landing pages written to the operator's and the network's rules: what the service is, what it costs, how to stop. Rotated weekly, because push creatives wear out in days.

3

Tracking and reporting

A self-hosted tracker on our own domain records every click with its source, placement, creative, device and carrier, and receives the conversion from the service's platform. Reports by placement are shared with the client as agreed.

4

Quality control

Bot and datacenter traffic is filtered before the landing page. Placements are reviewed daily on cost per subscriber and, with the client's data, on early opt-outs and first renewals. Cheap placements that bring users who leave are cut.

Commercial models

We work on whichever model fits the service and the stage it is in.

  • Cost per acquisition. A fixed price per confirmed subscriber, with the confirmation defined by the operator's notification, not by our tracker.
  • Managed budget. The client funds the media budget and pays a management fee; all placement data belongs to the client.
  • Test engagements. A fixed, small budget over a few weeks to establish the real cost per subscriber and retention before any larger commitment.

Markets

Our current focus is Sub-Saharan Africa, where carrier billing is the main way users pay for digital content. We take on other markets where the operator provides a proper consent flow and conversion notifications.
