This policy explains what our tracking links collect when you tap one of our ads, what we do with it, and how to reach us.
DA Traffic Media ("we") buys advertising for mobile content and subscription services on behalf of the companies that run those services. This website and our tracking domains are operated by us. You can contact us at ops@datrafficmedia.com.
When you tap one of our ads, your browser passes through a tracking link on a domain we operate before reaching the service's page. At that moment we record:
We do not ask for and do not receive your name, phone number or any account details. If you later confirm a subscription on the operator's page, the service's platform tells us only that the click with that identifier led to a subscription. Your phone number stays with the operator and the service provider.
To know which ads and placements lead to subscriptions, to pay ad networks for the clicks they delivered, to detect automated or fraudulent traffic, and to stop showing ads on placements that do not perform. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring and paying for the advertising we buy.
Our tracking link may set a cookie on the tracking domain so that repeated taps from the same browser can be recognised as one visitor. It contains no personal information. The service's own pages have their own cookie and privacy terms.
Click identifiers are shared with the ad network that delivered the click, so it can attribute and bill it, and with the service provider whose ad you tapped, so it can match the subscription to the click. We do not sell click data and we do not share it with anyone else.
Click records are kept for up to 12 months for reporting and reconciliation with ad networks and clients, then deleted or aggregated so that they no longer identify a device.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Because our records contain no name or phone number, we will need the approximate time of your click and your IP address to find them. Write to ops@datrafficmedia.com.
We do not operate the services we advertise and we do not charge your phone account. The price, the terms and the way to cancel are shown on the operator's consent page before you confirm, and are repeated in the confirmation SMS. Questions about a charge or a cancellation go to the service provider or the operator named in that SMS. If you cannot reach them, write to us and we will pass the request on.
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date.
